I have to say Thanks to the Butcher team for making my experience as smooth as possible, I was stressing of how great things where going. If I had a question they will reach out asap with answers, they looked at the best rate and program for me. My only negative feedback had to be working with Andrea, she does not reply and leaves you hanging with questions. Even if things don’t apply to you she will not let you know. I received emails that she will respond or send me an email and I had to bother her to send to me. Other than that I will and have recommended The Butcher team to everyone. Prior to them I did try yo work with another Fairway team. They denied working with me but a week later that is when I worked with The Butcher team and they had me on my home within 6 weeks. I was a first time home buyer and I really felt overwhelmed and scared going into it! However my very first meeting with Michael Butcher for the pre approval all the fear and nerves were set aside! Some things that stood out for me working with Michael was he is extremely knowledgeable on the market and incredibly kind.
